Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank.
