We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective
How to Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank.
