How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes — we ship across Canada. Free shipping on all orders over $45 CAD.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at our contact page with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order has likely already been sent to our fulfillment partner. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
